About the role:

As an Merchendiser, your role will be to implement and remove merchandise from key retailers such as BWS, Dan Murphy's, and independent liquor stores.

Role Overview & Responsibilities

- In-Store POS & Display Setup:
- Installing and removing Point of Sale (POS) promotional materials (such as posters, aisle fins, shelf decals, and floor stands) strictly according to campaign briefs.
- Ensuring all display assets are positioned correctly to maximize brand visibility.
- Stock Presentation & Maintenance:
- Aesthetics & Facing: Pulling stock forward, facing up products, and aligning items on shelves to keep displays presentation-ready.
- Store Relations & In office Protocol:
- Checking in with store managers upon arrival, agreeing on asset locations, and checking in/out via standard store visitor QR codes.
- Maintaining a clean, tidy work area and disposing of outdated POS materials safely.
- Digital Reporting & Photos:
- Completing quick digital reports for each store visit via our team app (Livex).
- Uploading clear "before and after" photos of store displays to verify campaign completion.

Candidate’s requirements:

- We will have full days of work available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays between 9am-5pm. Campaigns delivered on a rolling monthly basis, typically rostered in the first 2 weeks of the month.
- Reliability & Time Management: Ability to complete assigned store visits within allocated windows (typically 9 AM to 5 PM).
- Attention to Detail: Eye for neat presentation, high-quality photos, and exact brief execution.
- Physical Capability: Comfortable with light physical tasks, including assembling display units, unboxing stock, bending,



and reaching.
- Travel: Valid License and car for transporting materials up to 130cm length max.
- Where suited, Merchandisers are welcome to work across multiple campaigns when merchandising work is not required. We would welcome the opportunity to discuss this with any successful applicants!

Compensation & Travel Pay

- Travel Time: All travel time between store visits (and to/from stores as per routing) is fully paid at the standard hourly rate.
- Kilometre Allowance: In addition to hourly travel time, team members receive a $1.00 per kilometre allowance for driving between locations.
- Monday to Friday - $34.76 per hour
