About the Role

Manley Projects is a specialist construction company delivering external wall, facade, cladding and Hebel (AAC) installation projects across South East Queensland.

We're looking for an experienced Hebel OR Cladding Installer to join our existing installation crew.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone with experience in Hebel, AAC, external wall cladding, facade installation OR similar construction trades.

We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, can work independently and contributes to a productive, reliable team.

Key Responsibilities

- Carry out hands-on Hebel, AAC OR external wall cladding installation
- Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Measure, cut, prepare and install wall panels and cladding systems
- Assist with setting out and preparing installation areas
- Work efficiently alongside an existing installation crew
- Ensure installations meet quality and safety standards
- Communicate with site supervisors and other trades
- Troubleshoot installation issues and maintain quality workmanship
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised worksite

Requirements

- Experience in Hebel, AAC, cladding, facade installation, carpentry OR a similar construction trade
- Confident using hand tools, power tools and installation equipment
- Ability to read plans,



take accurate measurements and set out work
- Good understanding of construction methods and site safety
- Reliable, hardworking and able to work independently OR as part of a team
- Construction White Card
- Driver's licence and reliable transport
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Physically capable of performing hands-on construction work

Experience with Hebel OR AAC systems is highly regarded, but experienced cladding installers and carpenters are also encouraged to apply.
