Barista / All Rounder — Lakes Espresso, Kanwal

Lakes Espresso is seeking an experienced and reliable Barista / All Rounder to join our team. This role suits someone who enjoys providing excellent customer service and works well in a busy cafe environment.

Key responsibilities

- Prepare consistently high-quality coffee and other beverages.
- Take orders, process payments and serve food and drinks.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace.
- Assist with daily café operations and support the team as needed.

About you

- A minimum of 2–3 years’ proven barista experience.
- Solid customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently during busy periods.
- Reliable, punctual and comfortable working as part of a team.
- Willingness to assist across all areas of the café.

Hours

The position offers 3–5 days per week, Monday to Friday. Our café operates from 6:30 am to 3:30 pm and is closed on weekends and public holidays.

Pay: $26.44 – $48.35 per hour
