Kiddieswim is looking for an experienced aquatics professional to join its team in an Assistant Management capacity at it's Peninsula programs; Mt Martha, Mornington & Frankston South.

Applicants will be involved in the daily operation of the program, with duties including Program supervision, Swimmer assessments, Customer Service, Swim teaching, Pool & Plant room duties.

The role is a full time position, with an expectation that the successful candidate will work on Saturdays as part of their regular roster; though it may be offered as a Permanent Part-time role if that better suits the successful applicant.

Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years in Aquatics or a comparable leisure industry, and have demonstrated experience in leading a team. Austswim (or equivalent), WWCC and First Aid qualifications are all essential for this role, though training assistance can be provided for the right candidate.

Pay: $65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
