We are committed to providing person-centred support that promotes independence, dignity, choice and quality of life for people living with disabilities.

Position Details

- Position: Disability Support Worker
- Location: Brisbane and surrounding suburbs, QLD
- Employment: Casual / Part time
- Shifts: afternoon, evening and weekend shifts, depending on client needs

Key Responsibilities

- Assist participants with personal care, including showering, dressing and toileting.
- Support daily living activities and household tasks.
- Assist with meal preparation and medication support within your training and authorisation.
- Provide community access and support participation in social activities.
- Follow individual support plans and maintain accurate progress notes.
- Promote participants’ independence, safety, dignity and choice.
- Follow NDIS requirements, workplace policies and infection control procedures.

✅ Essential Requirements

- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support,



Disability or an equivalent relevant qualification.
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates.
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
- Current Australian driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
- Good communication, reliability and a caring attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous disability support experience is highly regarded.
