Barista / Front of House

Retro Cafe is looking for an enthusiastic, friendly and reliable Barista / Front of House team member to join our team. The role is all about great coffee, outstanding customer service and helping create the welcoming atmosphere Retro Cafe is known for.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Preparing high-quality coffee and other beverages

- Taking orders and serving customers with a friendly attitude

- Operating the POS and handling payments

- Food preparation and basic kitchen duties

- Maintaining a clean, organised and presentable cafe

- Working efficiently during busy periods

- Supporting the wider team wherever needed We’re looking for someone who:

- Has barista experience or a willingness to learn

- Has great customer service skills

- Is reliable, friendly and approachable

- Can work well as part of a team - Has a positive attitude and a good work ethic

- Can stay calm and organised when things get busy

Experience is preferred, but the right attitude and personality are just as important.

Pay: $33.00 – $41.00 per hour
