CAFÉ ATTENDANT | BARISTA
The Sebel Poolside Café

Are you passionate about great coffee, friendly service and working in one of the
Whitsundays’ most beautiful resort locations?

at Hotel Group is looking for a Café Attendant / Barista to join the team at The Sebel
Poolside Café.

The Sebel Whitsundays is an Accor property, providing successful team members an
opportunity to be part of both the at Hotel Group and the wider Accor hospitality
network.

The Café will be a grab-and-go style café, serving resort guests, visitors and locals with
quality coffee, breakfast options and friendly service.

The café will operate 7 days a week, 6:00am–11:00am, making this a great opportunity
for someone who enjoys morning shifts and having their afternoons free.

Duties and responsibilities:

- Preparing quality coffee and hot beverages

- Providing friendly and efficient guest service

- Preparing grab-and-go breakfast and food items

- Taking orders and processing payments

- Maintaining a clean and welcoming café

- Restocking café supplies and food items

- Following food safety and hygiene procedures

- Opening and closing the café

- Maintaining high presentation standards

- Creating a great start to the day for our guests

ABOUT YOU

We’re looking for someone who is:





- Experienced in a café, hospitality or customer service environment

- Confident making quality coffee

- Friendly, approachable and guest-focused

- Reliable and punctual

- Fast and efficient while maintaining quality

- Well-presented and organised

- Comfortable working independently

- Available to work weekends and public holidays

- Passionate about hospitality and creating great guest experiences
