We’re looking for a suitably experienced All Rounder - Cashier / Kitchen Hand to join our team at Sushi Cuckoo in Rockingham. We are bringing fresh and quality Japanese dine-in and takeaway meals to the Rockingham area.

Key Responsibilities:

- Kitchen experience such as deep frying, preparing vegetables and other ingredients, rolling sushi and robust knife skills.
- Serving customers, in store and by phone, taking orders and delivering food to the table or waiting customers.
- Cash handling, using POS and managing delivery app orders.
- General cleaning (washing dishes, sanitising) and pantry duties to keep restaurant neat and operating efficiently.

Previous / similar experience and an interest in Japanese cuisine is ideal.





Employment Type – Part Time or Casual (can be agreed depending on previous experience and availability)

Pay and Conditions - as per the Restaurant Industry Award 2020.

Working hours are negotiable, between 11am to 830pm, Wednesday to Monday (closed Tuesday & public holiday).

Location: Shop 2, 16 Railway Terrace in Rockingham.

Pay: From $27.08 per hour
