4 Positions Available | 25–30 Hours Per Week | From $26.44 per hour + Super

Starlight Bakery is looking for four energetic and friendly Sales / Front of House Team Members to join our team.

These positions will initially be temporary, with the opportunity to move into ongoing permanent roles for the right people.

We’re particularly interested in applicants who can work with us during Parramatta Lanes from 21–24 October 2026, with shifts running from the afternoon into the evening, as well as regular shifts at our Doonside bakery.

Students are welcome to apply.

About the role

You’ll help with:

- Serving customers and processing sales
- Taking and preparing customer orders
- Packing bakery products
- Restocking and maintaining product displays
- Keeping front-of-house areas clean and organised
- Assisting at events and pop-ups
- Providing rapid and friendly customer service during busy periods

About you

We’re looking for people who:

- Have at least 1 year of retail, hospitality, sales or customer service experience
- Are friendly,



reliable and comfortable speaking with customers
- Can work approximately 25–30 hours per week
- Are available for afternoon and evening shifts during Parramatta Lanes from 21–24 October 2026
- Can work well in a fast-paced team environment
- Have good communication and organisation skills

Barista experience is highly regarded.

Pay

From $27.81 per hour + super + applicable penalty rates, depending on age, experience and award classification.
