At Raising Stars Early Learning Centre – Gregory Hills, we are seeking motivated, caring and committed Certificate III and Diploma Qualified Educators to join our team.

Our purpose-built early learning centre provides a nurturing, inclusive and stimulating environment where children feel safe, supported and inspired to learn.

We are looking for educators who demonstrate a genuine passion for early childhood education, a strong commitment to child safety and a dedication to delivering high-quality care and learning experiences.

About the Role

As a Certificate III or Diploma Qualified Educator, you will:

- Provide high-quality care and education for children aged 0–6 years.
- Create and maintain a safe, welcoming, inclusive and engaging learning environment.
- Support children's individual learning, development and wellbeing.
- Assist in planning, implementing and evaluating educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
- Build positive and meaningful relationships with children, families and colleagues.
- Work collaboratively with fellow educators to maintain high-quality educational practices.
- Support the implementation of the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standard (NQS) and relevant regulations.
- Contribute to observations, documentation and assessments of children's learning and development.
- Demonstrate initiative, professionalism and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Actively promote children's rights, safety and wellbeing.
- Contribute to a positive, supportive and collaborative team culture.

Diploma Qualified Educators will also have opportunities to demonstrate leadership,



mentor fellow educators and take an active role in educational programming and room operations.

Essential Requirements

To be considered for these positions, applicants must hold:

- Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (CHC30121), Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (CHC50121), or an ACECQA-recognised equivalent qualification.
- Current NSW Working With Children Check (WWCC).
- Current National Police Check.
- Current HLTAID012 First Aid, including CPR.
- Current CHCPRT025 Child Protection training.
- Gekko Child Safety Training – Foundations.
- Gekko Child Safety Training – Advanced.
- Office of the Children's Guardian (OCG) Child Safe eLearning.
- OCG Child Safe Centre-Based Services Modules 1–3.
- A sound understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standard (NQS) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
- Strong communication, organisational and teamwork skills.
- A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development.
- A positive, reliable and professional attitude.
- A strong commitment to child safety, safeguarding practices and maintaining a child-safe environment.

Applicants who have not yet completed all mandatory training must be willing to complete the required training prior to commencement.
