Sugar Rush by Steph is a growing Australian business specialising in premium personalised cookies for corporate events, celebrations and customers Australia-wide.

Operating from our commercial production facility in Bayswater North, we fulfil everything from individual online orders to large-scale corporate orders for some of Australia's most recognised brands.

We are looking for a reliable, organised and experienced Dispatch & E-Commerce Fulfilment Assistant to join our busy team.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced position suited to someone who thrives in a high-volume environment, takes ownership of their responsibilities and has a strong eye for detail.

About the Role

You will play an significant role in ensuring our online and corporate orders are accurately packed, processed and dispatched on time.

Key responsibilities include:

- Picking, packing and dispatching online and corporate orders efficiently and accurately.
- Processing orders, printing shipping labels and preparing courier documentation.
- Checking order quantities, customer details and delivery requirements.
- Ensuring orders are securely packed and presented to our quality standards.
- Coordinating daily dispatch schedules and meeting courier collection deadlines.
- Liaising with production teams to ensure orders are ready for dispatch.
- Monitoring packaging supplies and assisting with inventory management.
- Maintaining an organised, clean and efficient dispatch workspace.
- Managing high-volume orders during busy seasonal periods.
- Proactively identifying and resolving dispatch-related issues.

About You

Previous experience in e-commerce order fulfilment, dispatch, picking and packing is highly desirable.

Experience with e-commerce platforms, courier booking systems or high-volume order fulfilment will be highly regarded.
