About the Role

We're seeking a motivated Mortgage Broker who is passionate about helping clients achieve their property goals and is hungry to grow their career.

You'll be responsible for managing and developing client relationships, providing tailored lending solutions and converting opportunities into successful settlements.

Importantly, you won't be expected to build your business entirely from scratch.

You’ll benefit from an established pipeline of leads while being actively encouraged and supported to develop your own referral networks and client relationships.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Managing and converting qualified leads provided by the business
- Conducting client consultations to understand financial circumstances, goals and lending requirements
- Structuring tailored lending solutions for owner-occupiers, investors and refinancers
- Building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships
- Developing your own referral networks and generating new business opportunities
- Working closely with our credit analysts and support team to ensure a seamless application process
- Maintaining a strong understanding of lender policies, products and market developments
- Identifying opportunities to assist existing clients with their ongoing lending needs
