Viva Leisure, parent company to Club Pilates and some ofAustralia's most iconic fitness brands, is looking for MemberServices team members to join our Hamilton studio on a casualbasis

This is a great opportunity to deliver exceptional, personalisedservice and create a positive experience for our members. You'llplay a key role in supporting studio growth by building strongmember relationships and helping to welcome new faces through ourdoors.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include assisting memberswith general enquiries, conducting studio tours for prospectivemembers, driving membership sales, and making sure the studio isclean, welcoming and professionally presented at all times.

This is a casual role with a flexible working schedule.

SKILLS &QUALIFICATIONS;

We are looking for someone with:

- Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness toobtain)
- Knowledge of and a passion for the Fitness Industry
- Experience in sales and customer service, ideally withinthe fitness or retail sectors

KEYRESPONSIBILITIES

- Providing a skilled and welcoming experience for allmembers, visitors, and new joiners, including conducting studiotours and inductions
- Support membership growth by responding to enquiries,following up on leads, and following Viva’s sales process tomaximise conversions
- Engage with members, assist with general queries
- Handle administrative duties including phone calls, membersfeedback, system updates, and shift handovers, escalatingissues when necessary
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-presented studioenvironment by performing regular cleaning, equipment checks,restocking supplies, reporting hazards and faults, andsupporting operational and administrative tasks
