The role involves operational leadership, establishing protocols, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure compassionate, consistent support for bereaved families.

You will contribute to the wider Chaplaincy service, participate in on-call duties, and drive quality improvement through standards development and service evaluation.
