Brunswick Lodge is a warm and friendly Supported Residential Service (SRS) providing low care and daily living support. We are seeking a caring, reliable person with robust communication skills to join our team and help residents live comfortably, with dignity and as independently as possible.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support residents with daily living activities, personal hygiene and basic personal care according to their needs
- Assist with room cleaning, laundry, tidying and other household tasks
- Assist with meals and respond to residents’ everyday needs
- Communicate with residents, listen patiently and provide companionship and emotional support
- Follow individual support plans, maintain accurate records and promptly report changes in residents’ wellbeing
- Provide medication assistance in accordance with training, authorisation and workplace procedures
- Maintain a safe, clean environment while respecting residents’ privacy,



choices and independence

Requirements:

- Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate patiently and effectively with residents and colleagues
- A caring, patient and responsible approach
- Reliability, punctuality and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in personal care, aged care, disability support or home support is preferred
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing or Disability)
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates
- A valid National Police Check
