Snap Fitness Austral Smeaton Grange | Personal Trainer

This is a casual personal trainer role with Jamie Fitness in Smeaton Grange, coaching clients one-to-one. You build your ongoing client base over time, so it does not come with a ready-made book of clients or guaranteed full-time hours.

Hours you need to be free

You will need four afternoons or evenings each week, approximately 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings. This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.

Qualifications

Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.

How we support you

There is no gym rent to pay in this role, and Jamie Fitness looks after marketing and admin support.

Day to day

- Explain the training offer to people thinking about starting.
- Take part in mentoring and team workshops.
- Run one-to-one training sessions with clients.




- Follow the team's coaching and administrative systems.
- Pay

Casual role, paid hourly plus super and any applicable commission. The rate steps up with your ongoing weekly client hours:

- Up to 25 weekly client hours: $40.17/hr
- 25 to 30 weekly client hours: $45/hr
- 30+ weekly client hours: $55/hr
