Life Care WA is looking for a MALE Support Worker to join our team and provide high-quality, person-centred support to a female participant.

Essential Requirements

- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Current Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain one
- Willingness and confidence to provide personal care to a female participant
- Flexibility to work short and long shifts, including weekends
- Reliable, compassionate and confident, with a positive attitude
- Must be available Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays 9am to 1pm

Duties Include

- Personal care and daily living assistance
- Domestic assistance and cleaning
- Meal preparation
- Supporting the participant to achieve their individual goals
- Promoting independence, choice and quality of life
- Providing respectful, person-centred support





Experience with manual handling is preferred but not essential.

Location: Primarily Mandurah, with shifts available from Rockingham through to Dawesville

Employment: Casual – a variety of shifts available
