Weighbridge Operator

Providing exceptional personnel management on site, Fastrak, based in Western Australia, has 30 years of experience servicing the engineering, construction and mine maintenance industry with exceptional employees. Our services also include fabrication, engineering, construction and offshore work.

Fastrak under instruction from the Senior Management of one of Perth’s leading quarry mine site companies have been asked to engage two Weighbridge Operators for an immediate start. The client is one of Western Australia’s largest companies. The positions for the right candidates are long term, temporary to permanent - for applicants who are looking for career advancement or change.

Overseas or interstate applications will not be considered for this role

About the job:

· The Weighbridge Operator is responsible for the control and coordination of product movement on and off site so that all acceptable materials entering or leaving the quarry site are recorded and accounted for, in line with company & licensing requirements. The Weighbridge Operator reports directly to the Office Manager.

· Full time casual day shift – temporary to permanent after qualifying period

· Base pay rate plus penalty rates and super

About you:

Enthusiastic and experienced candidates will meet the following requirements or have other relevant, proven administration experience:

· An administrations background in a high-paced industrial environment

· Previous weighbridge experience highly regarded

· Be capable of prioritising workloads and customer requirements





· Able to handle a fast-paced workload

· Sound communication skills (both written and verbal)

· Proficient computer skills in MS Word, Excel and other relevant programmes

· Excellent time management and interpersonal skills

· You must reside in Western Australia and have unrestricted working rights

· You must live within 30kms of Mundaring, in the Perth Hills or surrounding areas

· Must hold a valid driver’s licence with own reliable transport

· Commitment to Company safety policies and procedures

· Able to pass a drug and alcohol screen and pre-employment medical
