About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate, reliable and experienced Female Registered Nurse to provide one visit per month in-home nursing assessments for a client located in Gladstone Park, Melbourne.

This is a flexible opportunity, ideal for an RN looking for additional work alongside their existing commitments. The successful nurse will be able to coordinate future monthly appointments directly with the client.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct general nursing and health assessments.
- Assess skin integrity and identify any concerns.
- Monitor blood pressure and other relevant vital signs.
- Identify changes in health conditions and nursing care needs.
- Complete accurate nursing assessment documentation.
- Communicate clinical concerns and recommendations to the care provider.

Requirements

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Experience in community nursing,



aged care or clinical assessments preferred.
- Solid assessment, communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a home-care setting.
- Current police check and appropriate professional indemnity insurance.
- Valid ABN if engaged as an independent contractor.
