Job Summary

Infyworx is seeking professional, friendly and customer-focused Guest Service Agents (GSA) to support hotels and accommodation properties across Canberra, ACT.

This is a casual, on-call position, offering flexible work opportunities across multiple properties based on operational requirements and your availability.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome guests and provide professional front desk service.
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs.
- Handle reservations, bookings and guest enquiries.
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest accounts.
- Respond to guest requests, complaints and feedback professionally.
- Answer phone calls and manage email enquiries.
- Maintain accurate guest records and follow property procedures.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to meet guest needs.
- Assist with general front office duties as required.

Essential Requirements

- Previous hotel reception or front office experience is highly regarded.




- Experience with OPERA PMS or a similar hotel property management system is preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Professional presentation and a friendly attitude.
- Strong computer skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliability, punctuality and a strong work ethic.
- Flexibility to accept casual, on-call shifts across multiple properties in Canberra.
- Availability to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
