Yogiji Traders Pty Ltd is seeking reliable Concrete Agitator Truck Drivers to deliver ready-mix concrete to residential, commercial and civil construction sites.
Key duties:
- Drive and operate concrete agitator trucks to deliver ready-mix concrete safely and on schedule.
- Operate the agitator drum and discharge controls to maintain and deliver concrete to job specifications.
- Position trucks safely at delivery sites and coordinate unloading with site personnel.
- Monitor loads and report delays or issues affecting concrete quality.
- Complete pre-start inspections and report vehicle faults or maintenance needs.
- Clean the truck, agitator drum and discharge chutes following deliveries.
- Maintain delivery dockets, vehicle inspection records and required driving records.
- Follow road rules, fatigue management requirements, workplace safety procedures and site instructions.
Skills and experience:
- Hold a current HR driver licence,
or the licence class required for the allocated vehicle.
- Have [insert required experience] driving heavy vehicles, preferably concrete agitator trucks.
- Understand safe loading, vehicle positioning and concrete discharge procedures.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch staff, customers and construction teams.
- Be reliable, punctual and able to work early starts and overtime as required.
- Hold a Construction Induction White Card where required for site access.
Qualifications and experience: A relevant AQF Certificate II or III, OR at least one year of relevant full time work experience. Applicants must hold a current HR driver licence, or a higher licence class appropriate for the vehicle. Previous concrete agitator truck experience is desirable.
Pay: $82,000.00 per year
