Personal Training Position | Snap Fitness Preston Pascoe Vale

Jamie Fitness is hiring a casual personal trainer for one-to-one coaching in Pascoe Vale. You will build your ongoing client base over time. This role does not come with a ready-made client book or guaranteed full time hours.

What we provide

There is no gym rent to pay in this role, and Jamie Fitness looks after marketing and admin support.

What you will need

Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.

Your availability

Please be available four afternoons or evenings a week, about 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings a week. Being available does not mean those hours are guaranteed or paid.

Day to day

Coach each client one-to-one. Attend mentoring and team workshops. Follow our coaching and admin systems. Help prospective clients understand the training offer.

Pay structure





Casual employment, plus super and applicable commission. The current hourly rate rises with ongoing weekly client hours:

- Up to 25 weekly client hours: $40.17/hr
- 25 to 30 weekly client hours: $45/hr
- 30+ weekly client hours: $55/hr
