We're looking for friendly, enthusiastic and motivated Café All Rounders to join our growing team!

Whether you're an experienced café professional or someone with a great attitude who's eager to learn, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

- Providing outstanding customer service with a friendly, positive attitude.
- Taking customer orders and confidently operating our POS system.
- Preparing and serving coffees, beverages and delicious café products.
- Assisting with food preparation, presentation and maintaining our displays.
- Keeping the café clean, organised and running smoothly.
- Working closely with your team to deliver quick, efficient service during busy periods.
- Helping create the welcoming atmosphere De France is known for.

What We're Looking For

- A bubbly, friendly personality and genuine passion for hospitality.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.




- A proactive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced café environment.
- Reliability, punctuality and strong teamwork skills.
- Availability to work a flexible roster, including weekends.
- Previous café or barista experience is highly regarded, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are just as important!
