Personal Trainer Wanted | Bridgewater

Looking for a casual personal training role in Bridgewater? Jamie Fitness coaches clients one-to-one, and you would grow your own ongoing client base over time. There is no ready-made client book and no guarantee of full time hours.

Your availability

Please be available four afternoons or evenings a week, about 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings a week. Being available does not mean those hours are guaranteed or paid.

To be considered

A Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to finishing it. By your start date you will need current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check.

Pay structure

Casual employment, plus super and applicable commission. The current hourly rate rises with ongoing weekly client hours:

- Up to 25 client hours per week: $40.17 per hour
- 25 to 30 client hours per week: $45 per hour
- 30 or more client hours per week: $55 per hour
- Your responsibilities
- Join team workshops and mentoring sessions.




- Coach clients in one-to-one sessions.
- Explain the training offer to people thinking about starting.
- Follow the team's coaching and administrative systems.
- Support

There is no gym rent to pay in this role, and Jamie Fitness looks after marketing and admin support.
