Monadelphous is seeking interest from an experienced Project Engineer to join our team in the South West Region of WA, supporting our Maintenance and Industrial Services Division. This role will support the South West branch across various sites.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and foster positive relationships with key stakeholders
- Review of internal and subcontractor quality documentation
- Development of RFQ's, review of quotations, manage technical queries
- Compile work packs, have input into HSE and quality documentation
- Interpret drawings, standards, and client procedures
- Provide occasional on-site support to supervisors and crews, assisting with planning, execution and resolution of project-related issues.

What you’ll bring:

- Experience in a similar role, ideally in a mining environment
- Previous on-site experience
- Demonstrated problem solving ability
- Strong technical knowledge with an ability to influence scope development and adapt to changing conditions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills paired with strong interpersonal skills
- Proof of right to work in Australia
