At Homelife, we’ve learned something key over our 33 years in Moreton Bay and Northside Brisbane: you can’t teach heart, compassion, or reliability. Everything else, we can teach you.
Whether you've cared for a family member, worked in customer service, or simply have a genuine desire to support people in our community to be, to do, and to belong, we want to hear from you!
We are currently looking for dedicated, trustworthy individuals to join our team across a variety of shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
What we are actually looking for: Reliability & Heart: You show up when you say you will, and you genuinely care about people. Driver's License & Vehicle: You have a valid driver's license and reliable car. NDIS Worker Screening: Active screening (or willingness to get one, we can help guide you!). Great Communication: You pick up the phone, keep us in the loop,
and enjoy connecting with others.
What we offer: Above-Award pay rates + access to salary packaging benefits. Hands-on, practical support and ongoing training, we won't throw you in the deep end. A warm, grounded, local non-profit team that values and respects you
If you are reliable, ready to work, and pick up when we call, we would love to chat with you!
Apply today: Send a quick email with your details or resume to
