We are seeking a warm, patient‑focused Dentist to join our brand‑new superclinic in Derrimut, Victoria, providing care for both adults and children, with a strong, kid‑friendly approach.

About the Role

You will provide high‑quality general dentistry for a mixed patient base of adults, teenagers and children, with an emphasis on creating a positive experience for families. You’ll work within a modern, multidisciplinary superclinic alongside GPs and allied health, helping to build a trusted family‑dental service from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide comprehensive dental care for adults and children (check‑ups, restorative, emergency, simple extractions and preventive care).
- Deliver kid‑friendly care using age‑appropriate language, gentle techniques and behaviour management to help children feel secure and comfortable.
- Develop and explain treatment plans clearly to patients and parents, maintaining accurate clinical notes and records.
- Promote oral health education for families, including caries prevention, hygiene techniques and dietary advice.
- Maintain high standards of infection control, clinical safety and adherence to Australian dental regulations and guidelines.

About You

- Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS)



or equivalent, with current AHPRA registration and practicing certificate. Overseas dentist welcome with ADC and AHPRA registration.
- Advanced interpersonal and communication skills and demonstrated ability to work as an effective team member
- Experience in general dentistry; confidence treating both adults and children (or a strong interest in building your paediatric skills).
- Current professional indemnity insurance and full working rights in Australia.
- Excellent communication skills, with a friendly, reassuring chair‑side manner for both adults and children.
- Team‑oriented, reliable and comfortable working in a recent, growing clinic environment.
