The Alzburg Resort is a 4-star resort located in the heart of Mansfield, with access to the North East High Country. It is only a short drive to Mt Buller and a 2.5-hour drive from Melbourne CBD. The resort has 44 rooms comprising studios, hotel spa rooms, and apartments. The resort also has an onsite tour company and ski hire outlet which operates throughout the winter season.

Note: This is not seasonal work, and please note: Accommodation is not provided. House letting in the town is widely available.

What You’ll Do:

You will provide an exceptional experience to our guests

Your daily tasks will focus on cleaning and servicing guest rooms and public areas, maintaining clean and organized storerooms, managing cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform hands-on housekeeping and laundry duties
- Assist with daily operations and ensure cleanliness standards are met
- Support other departments such as Front Office or Food & Beverage when required
- Work collaboratively with other team members

Requirements:





- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented
- Must be available to work weekends and during peak periods
