We’re currently seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team on a casual basis. If you love building trusting relationships, championing client independence, and working autonomously while having the backing of a supportive Clinical Leads team, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Deliver Empowering In-Home Care: Provide top-tier clinical care, perform holistic assessments, and manage medication reconciliations tailored to each client's unique goals.
- Be a Trusted Guide: Educate clients and their families on health conditions, care plans, and safety, helping them navigate their health journey with confidence.
- Lead & Mentor: Brief, mentor,



and sign off on clinical tasks for our amazing AINs and PCWs, fostering a collaborative and supportive team workplace.
- Collaborate & Advocate: Work closely with the Clinical Leads team, allied health professionals, and families to ensure seamless, high-quality care and timely documentation.

What You Bring to the Role (Qualifications & Requirements):

- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (Ahpra)
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Police Check (obtained within the last 3 months)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Completed infection prevention and control training
- Medication management competency
- Current manual handling competency
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Driver's Licence
- Passport/Citizenship Certificate
