About the Role.

Due to our exciting expansion and the upcoming launch of our brand-new second location, we are seeking a vibrant, trustworthy, and highly competent Retail Store Supervisor to join our team.

This is a dynamic, fast-paced casual role spread across our two beautiful locations in Rockingham and Cockburn.

You will play a crucial role in maintaining day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless customer experiences, and keeping our stores running beautifully.

Key Responsibilities

- Overseeing daily shop operations across both the Rockingham and Cockburn sites.
- Managing inventory, customer enquiries, and maintaining the peaceful energy of the store.
- Working autonomously, running the shop unsupervised, and managing solo shifts confidently.
- Handling transactions accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintaining a beautifully presented shopfront that aligns with our brand aesthetic.

What We Are Looking For

- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail supervisory or leadership role.
- Tech Savvy: Must be highly competent and fluent in using Square POS systems for sales, returns, and inventory reporting.
- Autonomy:



A reliable self-starter who thrives working unsupervised and is completely comfortable managing busy shifts alone.
- Compliance & Trust: Must hold, or be willing to obtain, a current National Police Clearance, and be able to provide two professional references from previous employers.
- Presentation: Exceptionally well-presented with a warm, welcoming, and grounded demeanor that suits a mystical and aroma-focused environment.
- Visual Merchandising: Strong skills or an eye for visual merchandising is highly advantageous to keep our crystal displays looking magical.
- Flexibility: Availability to work casual hours across both locations as required by the business roster Including some weekends.
