The Transport Accident Commission (TAC) in Geelong is seeking a Claims Advisor to support injured Victorians on their recovery journey. You will engage in meaningful phone conversations, assess needs, and help clients access support to maximise independence and wellbeing.

You’ll join a cooperative team across four branches, manage a diverse caseload with empathy and sound judgement, and contribute to outcomes that restore confidence and independence for clients.
