About the role

We are seeking experiencedand motivated Security Officers to join our team across a range of prestigious sites throughout Sydney. Opportunities are available on a permanent part time basis. Applicants must be available to work night shifts, including weekdays, weekends and public holidays.

As a Security Officer, you must demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, professional presentation and a proactive approach to security operations

Key responsibilities

- Deliver outstanding frontline customer service and support
- Identify and manage security risks and respond to incidents




- Monitor CCTV systems and security alarms
- Conducting regular patrols and maintaining site security
- Preparing incident reports and completing administrative tasks accurately
- Work effectively within a team environment
- Operate independently with confidence and professionalism
- Ensuring compliance with site procedures, policies and safety requirements

Skills and experience

- Current NSW Security Licence (Class 1A)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong command of the English language
- Robust interpersonal and customer service skills
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Professional personal presentation
- Availability to work a rotating roster
- Availability for Night Shifts during Weekdays, Weekends & Public Holidays
- Demonstrated experience in conflict resolution and incident management
- Ability to stand and for extended periods
- Full working rights in Australia
