We’re expanding — and we’re looking for a physiotherapist who wants to grow with us.

RX Physiotherapy and Hustle Hut Health are coming together as RX Active Health, and we’re building a boutique health, fitness and recovery facility designed around better care, meaningful collaboration and an exceptional client experience.

Our expansion will bring together beautiful private consulting rooms, a dedicated VALD testing space, a 12-bed reformer Pilates studio, a 24/7 gym, and sauna and cold plunge facilities, with staged openings planned for early 2027.

For you, that means the space, equipment and team support to take clients beyond pain relief and into lasting strength, confidence and independence.

Weekly mentoring, case reviews and practical skills sessions are part of how we work. You’ll have opportunities to develop your clinical interests, share your strengths and learn from clinicians with different experience.

Our no-ego approach means being comfortable asking questions, discussing challenging cases and receiving constructive feedback. We want people who care about becoming better clinicians and helping those around them do the same.

What you’ll do

Manage a varied MSK caseload, with opportunities to develop interests in sports rehabilitation, TMJ, hypermobility, women’s health and complex presentations.

Combine hands‑on care, exercise rehabilitation and objective testing to deliver clear, individualised treatment plans.

Work alongside physiotherapists, personal trainers and other allied health professionals to support clients throughout their recovery.

Participate in weekly mentoring,



practical training and case discussions.

Use AI‑assisted documentation and streamlined systems to reduce administration.

Help shape the services, clinical standards and culture of our expanding facility.

What you’ll get

- Earning potential up to $150K per year pro rata, through a package of base salary, commission and entitlements, depending on hours and performance.

Who we’re looking for

You’re an AHPRA-registered physiotherapist with at least one year of clinical experience who:

- Enjoys MSK care and active rehabilitation.
- Takes ownership of client outcomes and communicates treatment plans clearly.
- Welcomes feedback and contributes to shared learning.
- Builds strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Wants to contribute to a growing practice over the long term.

You don’t need to arrive as a specialist in every area we treat. Bring a strong clinical foundation, curiosity and a willingness to learn.
