Jamie Fitness is hiring a casual personal trainer for one-to-one coaching in Wickham. You will build your ongoing client base over time. This role does not come with a ready-made client book or guaranteed full time hours.

Pay and super

Casual employment, plus super and applicable commission. The current hourly rate rises with ongoing weekly client hours:

- $40.17 per hour for up to 25 client hours a week
- $45 per hour for 25 to 30 client hours a week
- $55 per hour for 30 or more client hours a week

There is no gym rent to pay in this role, and Jamie Fitness looks after marketing and admin support.

What you will do

Take part in mentoring and team workshops. Follow the team's coaching and administrative systems. Talk new enquiries through how the training works. Run one-to-one training sessions with clients.
