- Trade Qualification: Cert III in Carpentry is essential.
- Remedial Construction Experience: Proven track record on structural remedial, building rectification, or refurbishment projects (residential or commercial).
- Leadership Drive: Natural ability to lead by example, direct subbies, communicate clearly, and run site tasks independently.
- Technical Versatility: Solid understanding of structural framing, substrate preparation, and interface detailing between timber, concrete, and waterproofing.
- Tickets & Tools: Valid NSW White Card, full trade tool kit, and an Australian Driver’s Licence with reliable transport. (Working at Heights or EWP tickets are highly regarded).

- Career Pathway: Direct mentoring under experienced Site Managers with a clear path into a full Site Supervisor role.
- Diverse Projects: Work on interesting, complex residential and commercial buildings across Sydney.
- Job Stability: Long-term project pipelines ensuring secure, ongoing work.
