Are you the kind of person who can sell cookies to someone who wasn't even planning to buy one? We want YOU!

We're Batch Cookie Bar, a fast-growing Brisbane bakery known for our handcrafted cookies, bold flavours and seriously good vibes.

We're looking for outgoing, bubbly and confident SALES SUPERSTARS to represent our brand at farmers markets, festivals, pop-ups and major events across Brisbane and surrounding areas.

This isn't a job where you stand behind a counter waiting for customers to come to you. We want someone who LOVES talking to people, knows how to start conversations and, most importantly, knows how to turn a single-cookie sale into a whole box!

What you'll be doing

- Actively engage with customers and draw people into our stall.
- Confidently recommend products and UPSELL, UPSELL, UPSELL!
- Turn browsers into buyers and single purchases into multi-cookie bundles.
- Create a fun, memorable customer experience that keeps people coming back.
- Learn our products inside out and communicate what makes Batch special.
- Meet and exceed daily sales targets.
- Handle POS transactions and payments accurately.
- Assist with market stall setup, pack-down, merchandising and maintaining beautiful displays.
- Represent Batch Cookie Bar with energy, enthusiasm and professionalism.

- Understand upselling and know how to increase the average transaction value.

- Can maintain positive energy even during quieter periods.
- Are reliable, punctual and able to work independently.
- Are comfortable working in busy, rapid-paced outdoor market environments.
- Are available for early mornings, weekends and public holidays, when required.

Previous experience in sales, market stalls, events, retail or hospitality is highly regarded. But what matters most to us is your attitude, confidence and ability to SELL.

Pay: $26.44 – $44.10 per hour
