We are currently welcoming applications for:

- Food & Beverage Attendants – Experienced waitstaff who take pride in delivering exceptional service.
- Bar Staff – Confident and professional bartenders with experience in busy hospitality environments.
- Event Supervisors – Experienced hospitality professionals capable of supervising teams and supporting event operations.
- Function Managers – Experienced individuals confident in independently managing events and leading teams.

We also welcome applications from experienced staff who are looking to progress into Function Management, with training and development opportunities available for suitable candidates.

About the Role

No two days are the same! You'll have the prospect to work across a variety of events, including weddings, corporate functions, conferences, gala dinners, cocktail events and private functions.

Depending on your experience and position, your responsibilities may include:

- Delivering exceptional food and beverage service.
- Setting up and packing down events.
- Providing outstanding customer service.




- Supporting event operations and ensuring smooth service delivery.
- Supervising event teams and coordinating service.
- Independently managing functions and overseeing event operations.

About You

We're looking for people who:

- Have previous hospitality, food and beverage or event experience.
- Are reliable, professional and have a positive attitude.
- Have excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Enjoy working as part of a team.
- Are available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Hold a current RSA and Food Handling certificate
- Are interested in becoming part of our team on a long-term basis.

Previous supervisory or function management experience will be highly regarded for senior positions.
