We’re looking for a Project Engineer who brings strong civil construction fundamentals, communicates well and enjoys being closely involved in project delivery.

Experience across water, sewer, drainage or underground services will be highly regarded, but we’re equally interested in Project Engineers from broader civil and infrastructure backgrounds.

- Monitor project costs, budgets, forecasts and progress against programme.
- Prepare and manage RFIs and coordinate technical queries with designers, consultants and client representatives.

- Maintain accurate project documentation, records and reporting.
- Identify project risks, delays and opportunities early.
- Work closely with Supervisors and site teams to resolve technical and construction issues.
- Build solid relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and project stakeholders.
- Contribute to construction methodologies, technical problem-solving and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Bring

- Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Previous experience as a Project Engineer or in a similar project delivery role within civil construction or infrastructure.
- Good understanding of project planning, procurement, scheduling and construction coordination.
- Commercial awareness with exposure to cost tracking, variations, forecasting or contract administration.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications and technical documentation.
- Understanding of quality assurance, safety and environmental requirements within construction.
- Experience coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and project activities.
- Strong organisation, planning and practical problem-solving skills.
