We're looking for a motivated and experienced Chef de Partie to join our growing kitchen team. The successful candidate will be confident running a busy hot section, with strong experience in pasta production and service.

The ideal candidate will be organised, reliable and proactive, with a genuine passion for cooking and continuous improvement. You'll work closely with the senior chefs, assist with training junior team members, contribute to menu development, and help foster a positive, professional kitchen culture. A robust work ethic, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to take responsibility and lead by example are essential.
