The successful applicant must have experience in the grill and pans section, have sound food knowledge and high personal standards

- A creative and fresh approach to catering
- Two years of experience in the same or similar role
- A robust focus on initiative, accuracy and efficiency
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- The ability to work as part of a team
- Menu planning and preparation for functions and events
- Creating recipes
- Food costing and portioning
- Assist with food, kitchen supplies, equipment, and stock orders.
- Portofinos Restaurant Quinns Beach is located in Mindarie on the northern coastal corridor, and is 39 kilometers from the Perth CBD.
