Are you looking for a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity? Ayers Rock Resort is searching for a Retail Supervisor to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT which is 20 min drive from Uluru, one of Australia's most iconic and culturally significant landmarks.

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Retail Supervisor to join our IGA Supermarket team supporting the day-to-day operation of a busy retail environment, ensuring exceptional customer service, strong team performance, and well-presented stores that deliver an outstanding shopping experience for every guest.

Working closely with the Retail Management team, you'll help lead and coach team members, maintain operational standards, support stock management activities, and contribute to a positive and engaging workplace culture.

Key Duties

- Deliver exceptional customer service and create positive guest experiences.
- Support the day-to-day supervision of the retail team, providing guidance and direction as required.
- Assist with team training, coaching, and development.
- Ensure stock is replenished, presented, and maintained to a high standard.
- Support inventory control processes and stock management activities.
- Maintain store presentation and merchandising standards.
