Highland Cafe is opening at Shop 1, 85 Kent Road, Wooloowin, and we're looking for an experienced breakfast chef to help us start strong. You'll have a brand new kitchen, a friendly team, and the freedom to make the breakfast service your own.

The role

- Lead the breakfast service and run the pass with confidence
- Cook and plate consistent, high quality dishes during busy morning rushes
- Handle daily prep and keep your station clean and organised
- Work closely with front of house to keep service smooth
- Help with ordering, stock control, and wastage
- Follow all food safety and hygiene requirements

About you

- 3 to 5 years of cafe or breakfast kitchen experience
- Confident running the pass solo and calm under pressure
- Positive knowledge of food safety and hygiene




- Reliable, positive, and passionate about good food
- Available for early starts and a mix of weekdays and weekends
- Right to work in Australia

Pay: $70,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
