Previous hospitality experience is a great advantage, but not essential—we are happy to train the right person!Key Duties & Responsibilities

- Food Prep: Assist the chefs with basic ingredient preparation and food assembly techniques.
- Dishwashing & Cleaning: Maintain high kitchen hygiene standards by washing dishes, clearing workstations, and completing daily cleaning tasks.
- Stock & Support: Standby for ingredients, assist the kitchen team during busy services, and ensure stock is organised.
- Closing Duties: Follow end-of-shift cleaning checklists to ensure the kitchen is perfectly clean, tidy, and ready for the next day.

Shifts & Availability:

- High flexibility to work a variety of rosters including afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts.
- Must be available to work on weekends and public holidays as required.

Desirable (Not Essential):

- Previous experience in a high-volume café or restaurant kitchen.
