About the role

We're looking for a creative, self-driven Marketing Manager / Content Creator to own our marketing from strategy through to execution. You'll plan campaigns, create content, manage our digital channels and help us attract new clients and grow our brand.

This is a hands-on role. You'll be the face behind our brand voice, and you'll be trusted to run with your own ideas.

Key responsibilities

- Develop and deliver marketing plans and campaigns that generate leads and build brand awareness
- Create engaging content including photo, video, reels, short-form social, blog posts and case studies
- Manage and grow our social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok)
- Plan and maintain a content calendar
- Update and manage our website, including content, SEO and basic page edits
- Write copy for email campaigns, proposals, ads and promotional material
- Coordinate with the team to capture project photos and video on site
- Track and report on campaign performance and recommend improvements
- Manage the marketing budget and any external suppliers (photographers, designers, ad platforms)

What you'll bring





Essential

- 3+ years' experience in a marketing, content or social media role
- Strong portfolio showing content you've created (video, photo, design, copy)
- Confident shooting and editing video and photos (phone and editing apps such as CapCut, Canva or Adobe)
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail
- Working knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics and email marketing platforms
- Ability to manage your own workload and meet deadlines

Desirable

- Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications or a related field
- Experience with SEO, Google Ads or Meta Ads
- Website experience (WordPress, Wix or similar)
- Experience in a service-based, trade or B2B business
- Current driver's licence
