Position available

We are currently seekingan experienced Contract Coordinator to manage freight movement and deliver reliable logistics solutions for our clients across WA.This role suits someone who is highly organised andcustomer-focused, who can build strong stakeholder relationshipsand thrive in a rapid-paced operational environment.

Main responsibilities include

- Coordinate freight movements that align with clientrequirement and project timelines
- Support mine-site logistics operations while buildingstrong relationships with client operations and purchasingteams
- Develop proactive transport solutions and work closelyinternal teams to ensure movements are effectively planned andexecuted
- Monitor performance, identify service issues andcoordinator corrective actions to maintain high servicelevels




- Maintain accurate inventory and client records acrossrelevant systems, including Bustle Tech and MicrosoftOffice
- Attend client meetings as required and provide timely,customer-focused support

To be successful in this role, you willneed:

- Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Extensive experience with mine site logistics operationswithin WA
- Exceptional customer service and relationship-managementskills
- Strong ability to manage priorities and deliver outcomeswith minimal supervision
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
