Penrith Panthers are introducing the newly created role of Foundation Partnerships Manager to drive the commercial and philanthropic growth of the Panthers Foundation.

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Foundation & Community, you will develop and deliver strategies to grow corporate partnerships, increase fundraising, support major events and grow targeted supporter groups. The position may be appointed on a full-time or part-time basis.

Key Responsibilities

- Contribute to the development and delivery of the Panthers Foundation Strategic Plan
- Build and maintain strong relationships across the Foundation’s philanthropic and corporate network
- Secure new partnerships with funders, donors and sponsors to generate sustainable revenue
- Identify and grow new revenue streams
- Lead the planning and delivery of the Foundation’s events and fundraising programme




- Promote the impact of the Foundation’s programmes and support it at Panthers NRL home games
- Recruit, lead and develop a high-performing team

About You

- Tertiary qualifications in Sport Management, Business, Community Development or similar, or equivalent experience
- 1–2 years’ experience in events, partnerships, business development, sponsorship or fundraising
- Excellent written and verbal communication and relationship management skills
- Leadership and people management ability
- Strong organisational, negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and Panthers match days
