Experienced Office Manager overseeing daily operations, managing administrative staff and working directly with the dynamic owner in a national insurance claims company.

Key responsibilities

Supporting the CEO with general company administration

Work with in-house IT for optimum claims service delivery via CRM Go High Level (GHL)

Monitoring marketing campaigns via GHL and Facebook, share your input and creativity

HR - weekly payroll and super payments, employment contracts and monitoring KPIs

Accounts - Payable & Receivable, quarterly BAS reporting, budgeting, liaising with Accountant

Monitoring and improving company policies and procedures

About you

Sound experience in business Administration and Accounts, a must.

Knowledge and interest in Marketing, bit of a geek with tech - preferred but not essential.

Enthusiastic about owning and developing your role.

Excellent command of the English language (without AI assistance).

Key software experience:



Microsoft 365, Xero, Go High Level (GHL) or similar CRM/business management system, Canva and AI (Claude, Chat GPT etc.)
