JVC Energy Australia is looking for an Electrical Apprentice to join our growing project delivery team. We are open to 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th year apprentices, including those looking to transfer their existing apprenticeship.

We specialise in solar, battery storage and stand-alone power systems, delivering projects throughout NSW and Southern Queensland. Our work ranges from residential solar and battery installations through to commercial, agricultural, off-grid and larger renewable energy projects.

This is an prospect to complete your electrical apprenticeship while gaining hands-on experience in the rapidly growing new energy sector.

The role will include:

- Solar PV and battery installations
- Off-grid and stand-alone power systems
- Residential and commercial electrical work
- Switchboards, cabling, conduit and electrical infrastructure
- Solar racking and rooftop installations
- Testing and commissioning alongside qualified electricians
- Exposure to different inverter, battery and energy-management technologies
- Regional project work and occasional overnight travel
- Increasing responsibility as your apprenticeship progresses

About you:

- 1st–4th year electrical apprentice, or looking to commence an apprenticeship
- Genuine interest in solar,



batteries and renewable energy
- Reliable, punctual and willing to learn
- Comfortable working outdoors and at heights
- Strong attitude towards safety and quality workmanship
- Current driver's licence preferred
- White Card
- Willing to travel for regional projects when required
- Previous solar or electrical experience is advantageous but not essential

Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
