Registered Nurse — Casual (Night Duty)

About MACG:

Medical & Aged Care Group (MACG) is a family owned and operated healthcare organisation that embraces best practice, continuous improvement, and social responsibility. We are proud to create a collaborative and supportive setting where employees are treated like family and residents receive high quality, person-centred care. Since 1995, MACG has grown to become one of Victoria’s leading privately owned aged care providers, operating eleven residential homes across southeast Melbourne.

Cheltenham Manor is one of Melbourne’s most well regarded residential aged care homes — a large, 153 bed facility nestled in the heart of Cheltenham in Melbourne’s southeast, and one of eleven homes operated by Medical & Aged Care Group (MACG).

This is a home that takes real pride in what it does. With beautifully appointed shared spaces, a daily café/kiosk, secure and peaceful gardens, a dedicated chapel, hairdressing salon, and a genuine sense of community, Cheltenham Manor offers residents a true home — not just a place to stay. The home is known for its warm team culture, strong clinical standards, and unwavering commitment to person-centred care.

When you join Cheltenham Manor, you’re joining a team that genuinely cares — about residents, and about each other.
