MALE SUPPORT WORKER REQUIRED – HEIDELBERG

Resilient Life Care is looking for a reliable and experienced male Support Worker to provide ongoing support to a male NDIS participant in Heidelberg.

About the role:

- Location: Heidelberg
- Male Support Worker preferred
- NDIS experience preferred
- Must have a reliable car and full driver’s licence
- Current Working with Children Check (WWCC) required
- Experience supporting people with disability highly regarded
- ☪ Muslim Support Worker preferred, or someone who is respectful and comfortable supporting a participant with a Muslim background and cultural/religious needs

We are looking for someone who is:

- Reliable, patient and respectful
- Skilled and compassionate
- Comfortable working independently
- Able to build a positive rapport with the participant
- Understanding of cultural and religious preferences
